Set NEXT_PUBLIC_CONTACT_EMAIL before this site is put in front of anybody. A contact page without a contact is worse than none.

About a specific booking

Use the messages on the booking itself. It keeps the conversation attached to the trip, which is what gets it resolved fastest — and it means no phone numbers are exchanged.

Damage, a no-show, or anything that felt unsafe. Report it from the booking it concerns so the record stays attached to it; an administrator reviews every report.
